Week 10
“Life slashes like a flesh machette,
it’s waves hit the jet-
ty, and I am
rea-
dy.”
—Nick C., The Cup Overfloweth Spoken Word Jam
This captures the essence of what we are facing right now. Let’s be ready.”

Week 9
I watched a really inspirational thing on TV called “The World’s Strongest Woman.” They eat 7,000 calories a day and don’t gain any weight! Jealous
Here is one of them lifting a man with her bare hands!
That is fake, Miriam. It’s a man, and they do gain calories. If you are struggling with weight or body issues, there are a lot of resources available — see a nutiritionologist! Even writing down what you eat has been shown to keep your mind conscience of your diet and help you limit your food intake. All of us develop some unhealthy eating habits from childhood, including body-images issues. The important thing is to have a positive attitude and reduce the amount of food you are consuming!
K, kiddo, I don’t think I was going to go and eat 7,000 calories tonight and lift Gerry, but thanks!
This area is solely dedicated to inspirational contents, which this gosspiping is not!
Week 8
I have been up not sleeping with too many ideas and Erich and Franz have Ridgeback influenza. Onward, onward Wonderglen, to the top!!!! I placed on Pump it Up a little treasure from J Winston Churchill’s “We Shall Fight Them at The Beach” Speech. Here is a man made of granite. He never gave Hitler any handouts!
Inspiring Words From Churchill:
Week 7
Guys – Please take a minute to look at what I posted on Pump It Up. I don’t think it’s too much to ask so you can get inspired. I’ll have brochures at my desk if you have any follow-up questions:
“You are the sum total of your own experiences, your perceptions about those experiences, and other people’s projections of their own experiences onto you.”
—Key #11 of the Qi Chain Personal Growth Toolkit
Week 6
Hi Guys!! I’ve posted a quote that I find always fills me with inspiration. Hope it means as much to you as it does to me!
“Work together, please. There really are no superstars here. Not one.”
—Karen Haggus, Head Coach, Caly Poly Mustangs Women’s Soccer, 1958 - 2000.
This is what coach Haggus said before the Mustangs’ Big West title game against the Titans. And we tied! “Stangs Tie, Coach Dies”
Week 5
I am sure you all know that I no longer drink alcohol, but here is a form of drinking that I do condone (and also find inspiring):
Sarah Madrick at 1:56PM
That is so cute to see old people “getting high”!
Week 4
A classic from the Netherlands:
“Lekker is slechts een vinger lang”
Which translates to “Tasty is just one finger long.”
The meaning is that all joy has a short life span; after you lick off the sugar from the finger then you gotta start over again with a dry finger.
Week 3
As the great Dr. Huxtable once said - “Children can teach us all so much”
Week 2
This video reminds us that nature-rape occurs every day. From chopping down trees, like this, to using those trees to make the paper we use every day. Respect nature, the Original Woman. We’re all crying in the woods. Let’s make our voices heard.

Week 1
I think Dean nails it with this one. It’s the kind of insight you get from getting a Ph.D. from a very highly regarded institute (Heliopa) and still managing to stay in great physical shape.
